Juan Carlos Fanjul is Executive Vice President at McNicholas & Associates, bringing more than 25 years of experience in communications, public affairs, fundraising, and community engagement. An Emmy Award-winning journalist, Fanjul spent 15 years as a television news anchor and reporter in West Palm Beach, Miami, and Chicago, covering major national stories including the 2000 presidential recount and Hurricane Katrina.
Before joining McNicholas & Associates, Fanjul served as Chief Development Officer at The Benjamin School, where he helped lead record fundraising efforts, including a successful $60 million capital campaign. He also held leadership roles at United Way of Palm Beach County, building partnerships with corporate, civic, and nonprofit leaders throughout the region. A Palm Beach County native and graduate of The Benjamin School, Fanjul earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Political Science from Boston College. He specializes in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth.
